Yes all techs are taught to bait and switch you and making you pay 10 times or more then the $99 for a full and complete system. They treat their employees meaning techs just like customers making us drive our vehicles all over the city and dont compensate us the way we should be, and that being said get on us for not selling over $350 in additional equipment at each house!!!, EACH HOUSE!!!

they have an Manager at Safestreets USA named TJ that shows no love to customers, locking them in contracts, threats to sue for balance and fires every good tech that is better then he is skillfully and is the motto for the new Creed!!

Safestreets used to be a company that just wanted to get installs and make customers happy but now that they have grown and bought up alot of companies they want to install you and upsell you everyway , rather it be in monthly price or additional equipment. I will do my best to pass the word for I am in the process of sueing safestreets USA for excessive work hours, and unfair work practices, and decrimination!!!

I recently parted ways with an authorized dealer due to their unsound sales practices.The sales environment went from selling to prospects who are ready to buy, to swindling seniors citizens and saying anything and everything to the prospect in order to get SS# CC# and a voice authorization so the company can snatch the installation fee or any fee incurred during the sales call.The goal is to get the tech to the home by all means necessary and the system installed and activated.If you cancel after three days you go into collections.GO WITH CORPORATE ITS SAFER
